2. Dispatch Timeframes

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During periods of high demand, dispatch times may vary. Any delays will be communicated to the customer.


3. Delivery Methods

All orders are shipped using tracked and insured courier services.

Once dispatched, customers will receive:

  • Courier details

  • Estimated delivery timeframe


4. Proof of Delivery

All shipments include delivery confirmation.

  • Delivery photographs

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.


5. Safe Place and Delivered Claims

If a customer authorises a courier to leave a parcel in a safe place, responsibility transfers upon delivery.

7. Failed Deliveries and Returns to Sender

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Failure to collect from a depot

The parcel may be returned to us.
Any re-delivery or refund will be subject to additional shipping costs.


8. International Shipping
